Since the show is on Friday/Saturday this year, I was wondering if anyone would like to try and organise a meet on the Sunday somewhere? I could possibly send gear over if we can sort out a space.

Im wondering how much rooms cost to book at the hotel or if someone at, say, Fujiya has a space and would be interested.

I would offer up my room but they are really quite small at the Grand Hyatt there...

I just checked and the smallest room at Nakano Sun Plaza costs 5040 yen for 30 minutes. If we used it for, say, 6 hours (the time we spent at the meet I came to in Tokyo last time). and a bunch of people came and chipped in on the cost, it would be quite reasonable.
