1964 Ears Adel IEMs

So 64Audio can / may not repair them? I'll receive a APEX replacement if my U8 ADEL's fails?
That's seriously F'ed upped if that's the case.

Besides that, what's up with the Drum's? It's awfully quiet.

The last bit of information I was told from somebody that tried to get a repair on an ADEL-era IEM, yes that was the case.

And as far as the drum goes, we've been working away and I think everybody will be very pleased with them. We're well into the 100's of version # on the files.

Anyone as tempted as me to upgrade to A18? I have U12 now with Adel MAM and love them, but would like a better fit from custom.

No, this is incorrect. I will be sending Joe an email shortly about this. In fact, now even if you had ADEL versions of 64 iems and if you need them repaired, you're also no longer able to get them to fit ADEL after repair. So keep em safe!

Ugh, they're forcing their bootleg imitation on past customers? Was this a deal between the two companies or is 64 Audio doing their own thing?

Thanks for this.  I'm looking into these now.  Do you have any experience with these and the 64 audio U IEMs?

We have no part of this. We will continue to provide support to all of our customers regardless of what logo is on their IEM shell.

If you guys bust your IEM shells from the ADEL era, contact me and we'll try to take care of you on a case by case basis, to get it all better for you.

I thought LCD 2.2 was pretty similar in the bass and midrange(both have a Godly midrange). The treble is different as LCD rolls off pretty early. Also the LCD comfort.....Yuck

So my U12 arrived today...yipee! I am experimenting with tips and probably will end up with the Spiral Dots which seem to always be my default. The U12 came with the S1 module and I have received my B1 module from Asius. I have a lot of experimenting to do. The fit is a little strange compared to the Solar I have been mostly using when I use IEM's. I also have some cables I can experiment with.

I will make a sleeve from another tip because I hate to leave the tip in my ear when I remove the monitor. I use the large Spiral Dot so it doesn't appear the nozzle extends past the tip with the large.
