1964 Ears Adel IEMs

Does having the MAM fully closed give the standard -26db of noise isolation?

I guess. Product Info for the ADEL IEMs on the 64-Audio website say that the isolation is rated at -6 dB to -26 dB. So probably MAM at Fully Closed position offers -26 dB and the Fully Open offers -6 dB isolation.

I tell ya, the people at 64Audio don't mess around.  I ordered the S1 modules and a mic cable for my incoming U8's yesterday, and today I got a shipping notice.  I was excited, real excited at first, thinking "Holy ****!  They sent the IEM's that fast?", but then I saw that it only weighs in at less than a pound, and is in an envelope.  Either way, I'm stoked to see the quick turnaround.

received my a12's a few weeks back - waiting for more time to pass before I post comments - but initial thoughts are "by the power of greyskull" these things are amazing!!!

I have a question about the MAM, I prepurchased with my dealer in the UK....to be purchased via the 64audio site. It seems that this is not possible and it mmust be purchased via Asisus.  Is this correct?

cheers

Unless something changes, that is correct.

Hi Alex - Welcome to the forum. Will the MAM modules be made for purchase directly through the 64Audio website?

Also, when sending back for a refit, are the adjusted CIEM's scanned again and kept on file for future orders?

Thanks!

What is the normal order processing time (order to shipment) for the MAM?

We're looking at MAMs being shipped next Friday. We're just waiting for the new colored O-rings to show up from the supplier, in the first half of next week. After that point, there shouldn't be much waiting required. The original shipment of the O-rings was on a flight that had some issue (mechanical failure or something). The order wasn't salvageable and they had to remake it. It was really random.

Does that mean that the MAMs that some of us ordered over the 4th of july weekend will get shipped only next Friday? If that's the case, that's a bummer :frowning2:
