OK, thanks for the update.  I'm really enjoying the NS-U1s; they are the best sounding IEMs I own and I can't imagine ever replacing them.  I think the new cable will only add to their value.  Thanks again and hope to hear more from you soon.

Thanks for all the patience and support! NS-U1 has been shipped yesterday, which we have notified all backers through SMS.
However, backers (especially those who opted for mailing) ,who ordered the NS-U1 but have not received our notification, are welcomed to come to our retail store during our office hours for the NS-U1 with a receipt, email(nss.project@lear-audio.hk) or whatsapp (53787442) for details.

Okay, Tatco Ma,  you've got to stop teasing us!  You're recent posts on Facebook for the custom eartips and upgrade cable are very exciting.  Please give us more details as to how and when we can start to acquire these great looking upgrades... The cables will feature 3 controls which gives more flexibility to the capability of the earphones.
1. The NS On/Off Switch;
2. Main channel sound tuning from balanced to a bass booster tuning;
3. NS Effect adjust switch for the width of NS effect, resulting a narrower/wider left and right channel;
 
Now, everyone can have their own tuning and NS style with the NSC-03.

I sent money last March and have not heard anything directly from Lear. I do not have facebook am 70 years old and the way things ar going (no iems no notice when/if)  may not live to ever get this product. I have emailed and get no response. I couldn't wait forever and just got a pair of Dunu DN-2000Js. I would like my money back, but have no hope of that ever happening because either no one at Lear is listening or no one cares.
So sorry i put my faith in this company.
