Dont stick your fingers in there!
*squeal* Put your finger there!
~Avenue Q
I spun the fans with my finger and felt the airflow before installing them because you know you have to, it’s the rules.

Luckily my case has anti-finger jamming precautions built-in

Time to finally retire the old girl, I used to use the Nighthawk as an AP for 2.4GHz but there's no need now.

The Cisco is difficult to configure but it's name isn't just for show, I'm able to hit the limits of a gigabit ethernet cable now with my cheapo $30 AX200 PCIE card.

I found Cisco routers a pain to work with.

Asus routers with the OpenWRT firmware is more my thing.

Yup if a friend needs a decent router (technically all in one gateway thingamajig), I always recommend something like the Asus AC68U though it's getting a bit old now. Stay away from the 86U, it has a fatal design defect and they will all die eventually (bad flash memory, cannot be fixed through normal software flashing).

For my router I'm running the Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X because it's really cheap and has good enough QoS to avoid bufferbloat (smart queue QoS).

Love the EdgeRouter X!

It feels like a small, reliable (debatable, I know) switch with routing steroids. :p

We can have a battle to see which of ours has its flash memory corrupted first. (having said that I'm probably still going to replace it with another ahahahha or maybe I'll try a Mikrotik this time)
Or fingers crossed and they actually fixed that issue in production.
