Pretty sure Apple is gonna toss their hat into the VR ring as well since they're currently looking for programmers who have experience with VR, and if their alleged talent poaching tactics regarding Tesla motors is to be believed, the other guys might be finished before they even started

Hmm, so I've been looking at desks over the past few days and I've been looking all over the internet but every time I come back to IKEA's desks because they're either cheaper and/or more reliable looking than all the others out there... Any suggestions?

These look nice:

http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S19022790/ (Newer version of the GALANT that looks like it can withstand being taken apart a few more times, plus cable management net)

Woah. Just watched today's episode of the Walking Dead. 4.5 seasons go by and this is probably the most foreign experience Rick et. al. have encountered in a long while.

My dad spoiled stuff to me though.
Holy schiit things get pretty dark. Rick's words at the end of the episode when they were playing the camcorder recording, about keeping the gates closed because people are out there to do whatever it takes to survive....that is a huge foreshadowing.

Wow, I didn't even see that. Thanks!!
I am worried about that one not being quite big enough to put both my monitors plus my desktop on though, and it doesn't say how much weight it can handle.
My aunt from Tacoma is planning to drive up to the IKEA store in Renton and graciously transport it down for me so I don't have to pay for delivery. I'll definitely take a look at that one in store to see how sturdy it feels!
This one looks pretty decent too though I'm not sure about the stability of it either: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/60244745/#/60244745

So hyped right now I can't even....

Also, seems like the HA-3 and PM-3 just reached a local distributor.... Thinking either that or the X2, price is about the same.

I'll never be able to use that thing with the PC I have right now.
Sounds neat though.

X2

The day virtual reality technology becomes in tandem with nature (aka integrated into us) is a day I dream for.

I wonder if we will be still alive when that happens.
Probably not.

  Look, I'm here again
Now at class, as engineer learning economy... sigh

Economy isn't that hard.

I'd probably stick with the Bekant because it's built well like its predecessor and also has nice cable management and adjustable height.

Well, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Samsung, on the other hand, has managed to make that camera bump progressively uglier with every generation.

Headline promises info, article says 'well, we don't know what they're doing about control/mobility, really'. Nice one, Time.

Polygon should file a cease and desist order.

Really interesting game.
lol

His streams are weird, man.
The chat is pure cancer.

I'll watch BRex getting killed another 15k times until he beats this boss rush mode.
