I do agree that the UE900s are more balanced across the spectrum, but I still prefer the TF10s due to it's treble, idk but something just seems missing when I compare them to the UE900

  It depends, on systems like APU's, OC'd ram makes difference.
 
On stuff like video encoding, RAM OC and other schiit also has a bigger difference.
 
Corsair, Gskill, etc etc.If you can find it on Newegg with over 200 feedback, its most likely fine if you just want standard ram.

Well they ARE really great. My god there's so much detail I didn't even notice with my HF5.

EDIT: It's so effortless too. Like in the beginning of a song I was listening to there was a wind sound and it's been windy recently so I looked toward my window because I thought it was open.
