I played BF3 on the PC, but them Russian players sniped me till I 'sadfaced' and contemplated on switching to listening to music, digital art, and watching anime.

Yay, completed a few more scholarship applications and another college application, now all I need to do is write 4 essays to get them all done.

Yeah, but I can pretty much write one or two and tweak them to fit all the applications...

I thought about it, but the application deadlines were pretty soon, and the average scores were just a bit higher than what I achieved.

New monitor, preferably a Dell U2312M or one of the LGIPS23** panels in the budget catagory. IPS or VA ftw.

^agreed. New monitor. A mechanical keyboard with Cherry keys imho is for I guess performance gaming? A luxury rather than a starting need.
