Anybody has sent their MTPC for replacement? How long did it take to get the new set? I sent mine to them and got a confirmation email saying that they received it. But now it has been over a week since they received it and I have not gotten any more updates or tracking number.

The nozzle on the pro copper is too short I think. I like the gel supertips but sometimes if I have a good seal, when I take the earphones off, the eartips stays lodged in my ear canal because it doesn't a good grip on the nozzle.
