Deciding between these or Eterna v1s or Shure 215s for bassier IEMs under $100. Which of these (along with other bassier IEMs) would you recommend?
 
 
Can someone also give me their opinion on neutral IEMs under $100 too?

I don't think I'd say the Turbines or Eternas are neutral....but out of the three, if you want bassy, go with the Turbine.  Under 100 bucks, I really don't think they can be beat if you want bass.  If bass isn't the priority then something like the Brainwavz M3 is an outstanding, more balanced, option...and of course the 215 is pretty nice in that price range too.
