Hey guys. After careful consideration I settled on these headphones, now I'm wondering if my ancient Sony TA-313 amp will do them justice. While it says "low and high impedance headphones", this amp is at least 30 years old and my technical expertise is just enough to know not to lick cables...

I know this sound like a dumb question but one is $129 and the other is $140. I just need a DAC to use with my PC. Any other recommendations in the same price range would also be helpful. Which one is better as a USB DAC?    Also could either pull the weight of a K701?
