When I use it in DAC mode, I just plug it into my PC with a plain ole' USB-C to USB-C cable. Works great.

Update - Rasping/wind sound is still happening. IF I make any sudden movements, the left cup will make that microphone noise for about 10 seconds before settling in. Turning it on for the first time this morning had that sound going for a few minutes off and on. This is otherwise my end game...

I just updated the firmware and so far so good. I primariily use it on Windows PC (use my PX8 with my iphone when out and about). Could that have been the issue? In any event things looked fixed.

When I first turn on my Bathys there's some really loud microphone noise. It lasts for about 10 seconds and goes away completely. Is this normal?

Just got these. The sound is the real deal. With that said. On my computer, I've tried to use the USBC wired mode. I get sound but after a few seconds it stops. Has anyone had this? I'm dying to give it a thorough listening to connected.

I don't see why not.  Your tablet is Bluetooth v.3.   Should be fine.

I just got my Atrios from a fellow head-fier. I used the UM2 before and the Atrios is so far and away a better set of IEM's than the westones. IEM technology has sure improved significantly since I bought the Westones a few years ago.
