I second the JDS cmoy, great price and great sound. Just give them both time to break in, around 50hrs. The Pk 1 really do need a decent amp. Make sure you use a good LOD if you can. Audiominor make great ones for the ipod.

pk2 have plenty good bass, powerfull and tight. people who only focus on bass miss the idea of good music. focus on the whole audio spectrum and look for a balanced sound with weight to the music! that being said the whole yuin pk line is awesome! better than most full sized headphones...
