    Denon C710 vs. JVC-Victor FX500

Thanks for the input guys. I listen to mostly Hip Hop and R&B with some acoustic stuff mixed in... Also, can anybody comment on the comfort of the two, are they pretty similar? Starting to lean toward the Denons just because of the superior isolation, but would like to hear some other opinions...

    Denon C710 vs. JVC-Victor FX500

Trying to decide between these two as well... At first I was set on the FX500 but after reading this thread I'm not sure anymore. From what I have read they both have awesome bass. A couple of things that may help me decide: 1) Can somebody compare the comfort between these two 2) Comparison...

Victor HP-FX500 Review: World's first Wood Canalphones

Haven't visited this forum in over a year (my wallet thanks me). Last time I was looking for some good cans, this time a replacement for my 4 year old Sure E4s that just broke. I have been reading for the past two days straight about all types of IEMs and I think the FX500 are the ones for me...

Newbie here, please help me choose a good closed can!!!

Just got my Ultrasone PRO750, and out the box I like the way they sound, pretty happy with my decision (even though I have nothing to compare them to). Really like the Bass punch. They are burning in right now...will update later. Thanks everyone for all the help!

New to headphones, but I'd like to get a good one, Proline 750 and alternatives - any ideas?

I made this thread a few days ago, might find some useful information in it. Best of luck on your search! http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f4/new...ed-can-310481/

After reading numerous Ultrasone threads (probably 500+ pages), as well as the thread on the ESW9s, I think the 750s are the type of sound I am looking for. Also, the around the ear type are way more comfortable for me than the ones that actually rest on the ear. I think I'm just gonna order...

I think I have to just find someplace where I can try out some Ultrasones, since it seems like they are a "personal preference" type of phone. Sounds like people either love them or hate them, and I am not gonna find out what side I'm on until I can test them out. Again, thanks for the help guys.

First, thanks everybody for your input, especially david_001. For a fellow newb you have been tons of help. Both the Ultrasones are very appealing to me because I have heard that they have lots of bass, something that I wouldn't mind. Also, they both fold which is a nice addition for...

^^^Yes, it is hard for me as well...but I think I have narrowed it down to the PRO750 and the ESW9. I think these combine sound isolation, portability, bass, and use without an amp the best. I am no expert though, so any more input would be appreciated. What are you leaning toward?

Help!: Ultrasone Pro(line) 750 or Ultrasone HFI 780?

Would really like to see a comparison of these as well...

Thanks for all the input, it really is appreciated. I think the front runners right now are the PRO750, and the ESW9. Seams like both of these combine the features I am looking for. I was originally gonna get the HFI780s, but I heard that they are really tight on the head and often...

Just curious, for all those that voted the ESW9 and the DT770, can you chime in as to why these are better than the other candidates...starting to lean towards the ESW9 since they seem to be the most portable, and they look so nice. Thanks to everyone that voted. Any other comments would be...

Kinda forgot about the K271, should I look into those as well? I was actually leaning toward one of the Ultrasones, but now I may have to rethink that...

Hey guys, been lurking here for a while, and decided it was finally time to become a member. Well, I have been looking for a good moderately priced closed can, and have been doing quite a bit of research. I have tried to decide for myself, so I wouldn't clog up this forum with more of these...
