OK I came on here because my unit became unresponsive and I couldn't switch it off. Turns out I just needed to hold the standby button down for much longer.

Thanks for the advice @ttorbic - I'll certainly give that a try. I bought mine via Aliexpress so I'm not confident I can get them replaced or fixed via that route.

Some disappointing news re my Canons: one of the IEMs has become significantly quieter than the other. I can partially correct the issue by shifting the balance on my DAC but they no longer sound as good as they used to.

Hello @JasonNYC - I'm unable to save custom EQ profiles (or at least they will not persist after shutting the device down if I can save them) since the last firmware update. Is this something anyone else is having trouble with?

Hi @JasonNYC - has anyone encountered an issue with not being able to save custom EQ profiles since the last firmware update? I can add a new profile and rename it, edit the EQ and switch it on or off, but my profiles don't persist if I switch the device off, which is very frustrating.

I updated the firmware yesterday and all my playlist folders show "no music found" if I open them and if I try creating one from scratch I'm able to add new songs but when I go into the playlist folder I still get the missing music message. Is this the bug you are referring to?

One slight limitation: when the unit goes into standby the volume control only works incrementally. So you have to click the button furiously to turn the volume up and down. No idea if this is the case for other Bluetooth controls.
