Great. I've just contacted my dealer to let me know when he gets one in the Autumn, so I can try it out.

Going directly to speakers that are 91db efficient but 4Ohm, can the TT 2 handle the 4Ohm load assuming I would listen in a small area max 4x3m and volume typically around 70db, max 80db ?

Using which app eg JRiver or Roon ?

How do you change the volume when directly connected ?

Thanks for the picture! I'm researching geting a similar setup i.e the Omega's and the Hugo 2 (or the Qutest since I don't need portability) How far is your listening position? My listening chair is around 2.5m What speakers did you have before the XRS's?

Yeah your are right, I should really wait for impressions but maybe in a speaker setup as tested by Guerph & Ruben D, then the differences are not that much between the 2Qute and CH2 but as you say "overall synergy and transparency of the system will have a lot to do with how the system...

I'm thinking of using the H2 in my stereo set up as a Pre & Dac as it's primary use. Do you simply just connect RCA cables from the H2 to your power amp (or mono blocks) and use the remote to change volume ?

As someone who lives in Scandinavia I have to agree this. It makes buying the the more expensive models (e.g. TT and Dave) almost out of reach (compared to the UK prices anyway).
