I can certainly provide files however on receipt on files I sent to A&K support they no longer showed the metadata. It appears to show data for me locally and works fine with VOX for some reason but not anything else! How am I best sending you over a file or two?

Thank you for your reply. I use Kid3 for metadata and this works fine when uploading to VOX. Never had an issue. I’ve tried several different WAV files and still no artist info which is really disappointing as this is half of my music library! I’m getting art on some WAVs but not others...
