Sounds like a casual driver flex. My sold one also had flex on the left side, it is very common among IT04s. The sound is unaffected by any means, but the frustrating remains. What's your IT04 color, I had my hand on around 4-5 IT04s, 2 of them were Blue and they had worse flex than the White ones.

Can you try touching the headphone cable or the amplifier itself when the noise happen
