The Stax thread (New)
Hello, can someone please help me? I've just bought a used Lambda pro on head fi, but it has channel-imbalance problem. The left side is barely audible, while the right side is normal. I know that the SR1-MK2 amp's volume knob can be used for Left and Right separately. Is there anything I can do...- ttnl

Phoenix owners represent
I had mine for about 3 weeks now and have no problem at all with the amp. The amp PSU does get warm, but never too hot to touch. I listen while burning in, thus only about 100 hrs burning-in till now. I upgraded from M^3, and to my untrained ears, Phoenix gives me a big improvement. I might...- ttnl

Audio-gd Phoenix balanced headphone amp.
hello all, I have just received the Phoenix today. I have a question though. Why does the PSU have 2 Data out, but the Amp has only 1 Data in? Does it matter what Data out I choose to use? Thank you.- ttnl

Has anyone received the Audio-gd DAC-19MK3 yet?
can someone with knowledge about how DACs work explain this to me? Does the number of processing channels determine how well a DAC perform? The DAC19MK3 has only 2 chips which I think correspond to 2 channels, while DACs like Valab has 8 chips. Also, I don't think power supply in DAC is not as...- ttnl

MHDT Havana DAC
Hey XXII, what is your Buffalo DAC configuration? I have just ordered the newest version of Buffalo DAC. Although the Buffalo is a DIY project, it costs me about the same as the HAVANA (~$900). It will be a big blow to me if the newest version Buffalo does not beat the Havana. Since you are in...- ttnl
