Agreed. The Dekonis are pretty firm, more than stock for sure. That's one reason I prefer the ZMFs, they're softer, closer to the stock pad feel.

I had the Dekoni fenestrated sheepskin (not custom Stellia) on my Elear when I had it, and I liked it a lot. I went back and forth with Clear pads, liking them both. Now on my Clear, I've settled on the ZMF sub pads, but I swap the OG pads on occasionally.

I think they would do well in mild to moderate noise situations. If you're trying to minimize typical office background, I'd consider them adequate. You could still hear someone close talk at you directly or hear your phone ring if you're listening at lower volumes.

Definitely quite easy, especially if you're already familiar with changing pads or if you've ever taken the grills off. The toughest part for most (myself included) seems to be placing the little flimsy stickers, which you might not even need.

I remember seeing Schiit's site saying something like 6ft/2m or less is ideal. That said, I wouldn't worry too much if you need longer cable if it's decent quality.

I haven't heard the RW3000, but punchy bass and thicker vocals leads to FF3 out of the rest, in my experience.

I haven't compared A-B, but I think the CRISP Fiio foams maybe are a little thinner than Hiegi, the bass Fiio foams are probably closer, but the Crisp ones are good in my experience. You might also consider punching your own hole in the Hiegi foams, too.
