Same here - Amazon replaced mine no problem. Pretty sure it is a hardware issue & will get worse over time based on my experience. I would seek a replacement - my replacement APM have not had any similar problems running the same firmware. Good luck.

This is a fault with APM - had the same which got worse over time to the point they were unusable - eventually replaced & new ones working fine at the moment.

I had this problem - if the CCK is less than a year old the Apple Shop will replace foc if you have the original receipt - they did this for me no questions asked & solved the problem.
