I think the encore has more clarity but Andromeda is pretty close too. Both of them have bass but they are kind of different and I liked it better on the Andros. (Idk which bass - sub, mids) And the soundstage of Andros.

I guess it is. I can hear the hiss when the amp is plugged in first. But it goes away when music plays. But if its straight phone and the iem, the hiss like, accompanies the song? lol I will definitely try it. Thank you for the reply.

I have not tried the AKG but why were you disappointed by them? I was thinking of getting the AKG in the future.

1) If you use a dap, is there a hiss? or Would I need to use an amp to get rid of it? Like when I use andromeda on my v30, there is a noticeable hiss, but when I plug in my portable amp, the hiss goes away. 2) I use a v30 but I was wondering if I were to get a dedicated dap, what would be on...
