To tell the truth, I no longer use mine. I've switched to the HD 660 S.

If you like lots of bass in your music, the Bravado is for you. Mids are slightly recessed (but just slightly), and treble is glorious. But the bass, man, the bass! It's a fun IEM that sounds pricier than it is.

I use it with the Sony WM300 on balanced. It works perfectly.

On the ZX300, Wav files are supported just fine, so I don't see why it would be an issue with the WM1A/Z. All you need is a good tag editor (I use Metadatics on Mac).

I heartily agree with the Bravado choice. It's remarkable with the ZX300 and comes standard with a free balanced cable if you choose so at checkout. From prog rock to drum & bass, everything sounds impressive.

No, I haven't tried the Bravado single ended. Since I ordered it with the balanced cable, I went directly with that. I tried other headphones and iems single ended, but none were particularly exciting, which i blame more on the headphones than the type of cable.

For $600 (so, close to 500 euros) I highly recommend the Empire Ears Bravado. They have awesome bass, great mids and highs. Although the bass is very strong, it never overwhelms that other frequencies. I find them both balanced and fun. They pair perfectly with the ZX300. oh, almost forgot...
