Good choice! I recommend that you get the Audio-GD NFB-11. You can connect your PS4 via S/PDIF and your Mac via USB to it. The Aune X1S really isn't that great.- WoodenSpoon

Schiit Modi vs DacMagic 100.
The DacMagic has a warmer sound to it but other than that, you'll be fine with either of them.- WoodenSpoon

$1000 to spend...Please recommend me an IEM?
At $1000, you should look into getting a used UERM and getting it reshelled. If you can stretch your budget a bit to accomodate the costs of ear impressions and shipping, you can get a UERR new.- WoodenSpoon

Sennheiser cx 3.00
They're quite alright for $46. However, you might want to look into the Xiaomi Piston range, since they're a lot cheaper in some places.- WoodenSpoon

best DAC chip in the world?
Implementation is everything. There are some very good DAC chips out there, and each of them have their own little sound signature. However, any Sabre DAC that has been poorly implemented will have a very harsh treble region. On the other hand, Audio-GD's implementation of the Sabre DAC really...- WoodenSpoon

****Vmoda M100 VS Shure SE846????*****
Yes they will be better. The bass will be significantly less pronounced on the SE846, but it will be much more controlled and have a lot more detail to it. Whether that's worth it or not depends on whether you value the differences or not.- WoodenSpoon

V-MODA LP2 Bass
From my experience, there is less bass on the LP2, but the quality is much better. I rarely ever see someone who wants more bass than the LPs. In any event, you can look into the latest offerings from Beats. Their recent stuff isn't half bad.- WoodenSpoon

Which better between fiio x1 and xduoo x3?
I don't think there's much of a difference between the two in terms of sound quality. I've tried both and they're both about the same. I own the FiiO though, so I can tell you that the FiiO UI isn't the best, but you do get used to it very easily.- WoodenSpoon

Advice for My First Real Headphone Setup
Personally, I find everything in the Audeze LCD range to be far too dark to be considered anywhere near neutral. However, they will behave very well with those genres of music, especially with electronic, in my experience. That being said, it is rather difficult to justify a $600 price jump from...- WoodenSpoon

Best headphone 350$ budget
Definitely do consider the V-Moda M100. They have one of the best form factors for a portable headphone, and the bass on those is great. The clarity is quite alright as well.- WoodenSpoon

Hey Everyone, Looking For Headphone Recommendations
I'd like to recommend the HiFiMAN HE400s. They're not too difficult to drive, so they should be fine plugged into your laptop. While they may not have that much of a bass quantity, the bass quality is quite remarkable. If the quantity is not enough though, you'll get used to it over time.- WoodenSpoon
