Today i lost my SD-3's on the underground
Could some please recommend a pair of IEM's...My budget is around $1,000, could go higher...Only thing is i need to be able to run them in balanced.

At $1000, you should look into getting a used UERM and getting it reshelled. If you can stretch your budget a bit to accomodate the costs of ear impressions and shipping, you can get a UERR new.
