    ADEL™ Drum Earbuds

I'm sorry to hear that nothing ever got delivered. But I cant say I'm surprised. Stuff like this is why I had no problem walking away from the audio world and only log onto here maybe once a year. Anytime I look back on my time, I wish I could forget the stress and mind games that I was put...

Apperciate the post. If you or anybody else wants to catch up, PM me. I don't want to thread jack, especially right now with Alex & Nics great reviews of the new toys, just being posted.

I've been 100% out of the audio game, is where I've been. I resigned from my position at Empire in late August due to mental health reasons and moved home to Seattle. Haven't had any reason to post on here, as I haven't changed my setup. But I still stay in touch with a few friends in that...

I wasn't at the show, but Edd from Chord, hooked it up with whatever the team needed. Hugo 2 was present on our table according to Jack...and pictures. Love me the Hugo2 with our stuff!!

That's what I was told anyways, but never saw any quantitative data to really back up 5%. So for rule of thumb, when people in a demo ask, I just say it deletes the adel benefits. Basically makes the MAM into the Carrot plug.

I dunno man, personally, I put copper cables on every model. I feel it gives a bit of extra body. I dislike pretty much every silver cable with our IEMs, I've heard some hybrids that were a good combo but copper is always my go-to off the bat.

Hey guys, I know I've kinda taken some time away from Head-Fi for a bit (that's kinda what happens when you move cross country and start getting used to normal office hours). But as Jack mentioned, I'll be back on here every day after work, at least to check my PMs and respond to posts if...

If you're in a pinch, you can always just poke the powdercoating with a pin of something. it's weird that it was able to pass QC while being plugged, but that stuff is super thin..

Thanks for the warm re-welcoming! Will post updates as they come. Truth be told, the friendships that I've been in the industry over the course of the last year & half, is really the reason I wanted to stay with it instead of shifting gears more dramatically. There's just something about being...

Hey guys, figured I should catch you all up on the recent developments and explain my lack of posting since CanJam NYC.   As you can probably see by my Member of Trade status being updated, I'm no longer with Asius. I'll still be here to help people with various ADEL questions if you PM me...

    ADEL™ Drum Earbuds

It's all good, we had 3 of us by the same name. It was so common to get things mixed up that I just stopped correcting people in this thread. But for future sake. The break down is: Stephen, doing the R&D. Then Steve L doing the CEO work.     I'd be lying if I said that didn't warm my...

    ADEL™ Drum Earbuds

Just wanted to check in. I'm no longer involved with Asius/ADEL, so I won't be able to give you guys any updates nor answer questions. I know on my profile it still says member of trade for Asius, but that'll get updated in a bit.

I've had a few of the cheaper (non crazy expensive options) cables and I've found the Effect Audio Ares ii+ to be my favorite. The thinnest physically and the thinnest sounding was the BTG Starlight that came with Zeus. I didn't like that cable much to be honest, so much so that I switched to...

I pushed for the modded G1 to go up for sale many times, but no idea where that's at. Regarding the Drum, I'm out of the loop on that as well, so I can't help there either. Or really anywhere at this point, other than setup questions really.

    1964 Ears Adel IEMs

And to be fair, the bulk of the drama has died down significantly. So if that's a concern, it probably shouldn't be a high priority anymore. I'm saying that for the sake of just wanting you guys (the customers) to have the best performing IEMs to your liking, regardless of APEX or ADEL.

Yeah, tell me about it. I can't go into it publicly. But I 100% agree with you.

Like I mentioned in the other thread, orders used to get out within a day or two. But now, I don't know. I don't work from the lab anymore, so I really can't speak to the timeline for orders. Sorry guys.

Since I don't handle shipping anymore, kinda not surprised. Sorry though, 4 weeks sucks. I now work from home, so I have no control over anything like that anymore.

Wiggle back and forth. It can require a solid yank to get it out for the first swap. Also, it's probably best to have the thumbscrews all the way in when you're really applying some force. It's ultra rare that somebody bends the thumbscrew while trying to swap them out, but this just kinda...
