Question: what would be a better source to use for external amp, the W4 or the RU7? I understand that RU7 has dedicated line out circuit but W4 does not. Is sound quality effected by the double amping with W4? Thanks!

Ok I figured out how to get all my phones to work 100%. I needed to provide power to the phone while outputting otg to the RS2. I have a ddhifi tc28cpro that did the trick. Basically it's a lack of power problem. https://imgur.com/a/OV8HVzm

I see. Will I could be wrong but unless you are using USB audio music player app for android I would stick to USB 1.0. This format is more universal and should work with Android music players, Spotify, and YouTube, etc. The setting is UAC. Change it to 1.0.

Are you using the dongle on USB 1.0 mode or USB 2.0 mode?
