My DX 90 was a rock solid player. As with others, I had it since they came out. Only to replace it with the DX 200. Sold mine recently for 100.00 . Lots to like about it. The replaceable battery is one among others.

Just got my Amp 9 for the Dx200. with the SR1, is an unreal combo for me. If it's true it improves with time, I'll be spending a lot of time with this combo.

Will the dx200 amp 9 produce the same analog sound?

Sometimes I nostalgically look back and wish I still had my huge album collection and stereos of the age. And then I turn on my Dx 200. 400 gig chock full in the palm of my hand. All is bliss.

Just got the Sr1 used with the Pt 1 pads and the cb15. Paired up with the Dx200 amp 5. It sounds amazing. Fast with great bass and detail. Amp 8 is coming soon which to my understanding is the best. I'm really looking forward to the Amp 9. Was wondering if the 9 will be balanced?

Pulled the trigger and bought the Dx 200 from a fellow Headfier.

No hurry but the 150 fits the bill and the price is right.

Let me rephrase. Will I hear that much difference between the 150 and 200 with the level of headphones I currently use?

There's a lot to like about the 150 and the 200. Owning the dx90 for several years now, it's time for an upgrade. Most of my listening are the Grado 325e, Hifiman 400i, and phones in that tier. Will I hear the difference getting the 200?

I missed the last one . I had the flu. This will be my second one. A lot of great people and gear.

I was hoping to consolidate most of my files on the 400g card for on the Dx 90. I love everything about the Dx90. But it's limitations isnt working for me. Although the 200 is expensive by my standards, It's a bargain considering what you get.

Looks like an upgrade to the dx200 is forthcoming.

I haven't tried either. I do have an ipod rockbox. If someone can chime in to that, I'd appreciate any input.
