A 12 year old iPod classic which ain’t much bigger can do at least 4 times the Fiio. Where’s the progress?

Anyone know how to improve the battery life. Even with WiFi off the time available is appalling. A few hours really.

I’ve just got one and am quite impressed. However the display dims after 10 seconds. Is this right because I don’t remember it happening when I first bought it. I’m concerned something might be wrong with it in which case I’ll aim it back to Amazon

I’m not saying not to use a tube amp. I’ve only got limited experience with one and too many people rave about the combination to dismiss. But I’m just saying that certainly the combo I’ve got works splendidly

Definitely no! I tried mine with the mass drop CTH after reading wonderful things about the synergy. Hated it. I’d always wanted the NJC reference solid state headamp and managed to get a mint one used. Glorious. Every thing I’d hoped the Senns would be

I’ve got a 6xx. Listened to the advice given about them loving tubes so I bought a Massdrop cth although I really wanted to try them with a neutral powerful ss amp. Big mistake. The cth is up for sale and I’m royally turned off of headphone listening as a result. Now to get my Ae1’s rebuilt!

I also came from the x2’s to the 6xx. I have to say that the x2s were splendid on vocals and produced moments of magic that i haven’t experienced on the senns. But...that bloody bass! It bleeds into the mids and ruins most tracks. Senns much more even and accurate (if a little boring)
