    looks like the left side cup on my hd 25's has given up the ghost! or has a loose connection! I have heard these can be replaced.  How do i go about having that done? do i need to send them back to sennheiser? how much should it cost? anyone?

    yes! nail on head! it is fun! and i never knew! haha... there are a lot of good quality headphones out there and won't break the bank! but i think the trick is to find a pair you like to a point where the fun doesn't stop once you have handed over your hard earned money! nobody has anything bad...

    okay. thanks for your comments. from the look of them i was questioning the build quality but as you and others have said, its not an issue. spare cable for cellphone is good! i also like how they fold up quite neatly. they certainly look awesome!  larger ear pads might make the tight clamping...

    you could be right malfunkt. listening fatique is the most likely culprit. sometimes its not easy to tell. When im using the hd25's at home or anywhere other than with my iphone i'm quite happy with them. It's just out and about i feel they could be better.

    I'm new here so i cant"t offer much advice, but i find this too with some old songs. very difficult to find good quality versions! i prefer listening to older music when i am on the move, but after a while my ears get tired! I hope you find a solution :-)
