mmmm.... and one more thing I presume...   you should press 'play' button to execute update...   anda ...   In order to surefire your update... leave nothing but only 'zipped' update file in your SD... I did that way:p 

ZX1 seems to me... is not a cutting edged hi end DAP but a good sounded all round multimedia entertainment player...(which is still good n handy.) Calyx M is a true Hi-end HiFi audio player in my point o' view...   Although I'm not so satisfied w/some policy of D&A and what they did, I can't...

 Put the unzipped firmware file on the root directory of your SD memory(I mean, just do not put the file in any type o' folders but just  in your SD memory... if this doesn't work, factory reset your Calyx and just use your SD w/o MSD, and your SD should only have the unzipped firmware zip file...

Probably Apple would go down if they do that.

Yeah... I'm considering to buy p1, too... Many P1 owners seem to be satisfied... Since I will not resell or give away my Calyx M(I'm quite satisfied), I want WIFI and other gimmicks from my second device though...(DIVX would be good, too.) I'll wait till iphone 6 and if iphone 6 is not about...

I wonder how many of us really own Calyx M... If someone already heard the sound, they got to love this devise... (although it has some weakness).

I'm possitive about the big screen... Some may throw stones at me, but I want DIVX play...:p (I mean... to be useful w/this large screen.) Probably Calyx won't support... they skipped WIFI n ... even EQ  This device is only about HIFI sound.
