Nooobody?

Hey guys. I'm just wondering how, if possible to connect my Scarlett 2i2 and LSR305 monitors to my PSW10 subwoofer? I imagine it would start as 2i2 TRS L&R Line Output > PSW10 RCA L&R Line In How do I connect the monitors to the sub if it only has wire bindings?

The monitors I've been eyeing are the following: JBL LSR305 Yamaha HS5 Presonus E5 KRK Rokit 5 I may or may not hold on to my sub for now as it still provides quite a bit of power for my application. I have an opportunity to pick up a pair of HS5's this weekend and wanted to know that...

If I were to use the stack, how do I connect my Yamaha HS5's? Will an RCA to XLR work?

Seems there are mixed opinions of the Notunheim. Ksorota said it doesnt switch to headphones when they are plugged in and vice versa.

I dont think the Jotenheim has switching between phone and monitor. Am I wrong? I know I'm probably asking alot. It really comes down to height restraints. The Schiit stack is just a little too tall for my setup.

Im under the impression that the line outs on the 2i2 are balanced. Maybe its the 2i4 I'm talking about? Edit. Checked Amazon and it mentions the line output being balanced. Unfortunately its reall not powerful enough to drive the headphones I have ie HD650, AKG7xx.

Would you consider this album a reference burn in album? Do you use this album to burn in all of your IEM's?

Does it matter whether using a lossy version rather than an FLAC version?

Alright. Just transferred Muse - 2nd Law 24bit/96 album to my X3 and at low gain its blaring loud. Sounds good to boot. A little bit of crackling, but that adds to the experience. :D   Guess I'll just have to go through my albums and replace the quiet vinyls with CD rips.

Many of the vinyl rips I downloaded do have more noise than their CD counterparts, but I feel I am not taking advantage of the X3. Maybe I will take your advice.
