Thank you for your email. We are in the last stages of production ramp up and we expect to be shipping the new/updated 1212M PCI in the near future. I've heard that this new 1212M would retail for $150.

I've heard that the Julia's digital out has a flatter sound than the 1212M's. I wonder how the new 1212M will sound like.

According to people at the ESI forum, the Juli@ doesn't have a hardware synthesizer so you have to use a software synthesizer instead. I just set my MIDI playback default device to the MS Synth and now everything works fine.

So it's best to turn the Juli@'s analog out and master volume slider all the way up right? Thanks!

That's a relief! I thought that my card had a defect. Can anybody help us resolve this issue?

Does anybody know how to enable midi playback for the the Juli@? In my Sounds and Audio Device Properties, the volume button for MIDI music playback in the Audio tab doesn't work. Thanks!

Thanks a lot guys! I'd still like to know whether there's an ASIO volume bar. On my X-Fi, I was able to use this bar to turn down the volume when my monitor flashed red. In case you guys didn't know, the new driver is available for Windows on the Korean site.
