I could only give you my subjective opinion.  I own the DT-990 600 ohm and so that is my personal favorite and love the sound signature.  I have listened to all the headphones you mention. To me, the 600 ohm DT-990 Premium is the way to go.  The remarkable thing is...the 600 ohm model does not...

There seems to be a parallel universe when it comes to headphone wearers.  Those with small ears and those with big ears.  Interpretation as so what is comfortable depends what camp you fall in.  An over-ear headphone if too small for a big eared listener...will suffer pain because the ear pad...

I have done a lot of research on the HD-600 and HD-650.  I will tell you that your head band stretching technique is a long haul.  The clamping force on the HD600-650 is well known or somewhat notorious.  Since the head band is plastic...stretching it like you do isn't as effective as bending...
