Hello, can somebody compare the ortofon e-q5 with the fostex te-05? I can buy Ortofon e-q5 for the same price as Hifiman re-600. The Fostex is cheaper. Not sure what to buy.

Hello, is it possible to plug a microphone with 3,5 or 6,3 connector directly into the Fostex HP-A8? I was so close to buying it but now realized that i can't find the input-slot. Thank you for reply.

Had this problem with the black cable.  For some guys it was enough to clean the connecters with a brush or q-tips. I used chemicals.

The Essence's amp  has a level for 600ohm too. I have nothing plugged in something higher than 250ohm. But I think it can handle it.

Fischer Amps FA-2 is 2 Driver. FA-3 has 3. Guess the amount of drivers for the upcoming FA-4    ;)

I owned this headset and listened to the most products same price or lower. In this range it has a very good sound but it sux compared to HiFi headphones ~100$. For example the Shure 750 is much better. (a seperat mic costs 10 to 30 $ depending on which kind u want) Quality? it Broke after 1...

I own the FA-3 (not "E" but comfort is ok) and  i am very happy that i upgraded from shure215 and Sennheiser 880. You realize the difference right from the start. More details, more realism, more space for the elements of the track.   Everything sounds so realistic and i can listen for hours...

Impendance of SM64 is 112 ohm - new 95 ohm. While the SM3 V2 have 32 ohm . So of cause the SM64 need more power.

Ok, i just checked it. Your IPod might be gen5, while good sound is gen6 and 7.

Hi, i had the cx880 too and own now the shure 215.  I like the 215 much more but i am still no big fan of it. Regarding what i could read about the 400 i would just give them a try.
