Mysterious interferance in my speaker....
Soooooo the sound came back after being quiet for a good ten hours. I personally believe it's related to my neighbor's working hours. Maybe my setup is right above his ham radio shack, if he has one?- S.W.

Mysterious interferance in my speaker....
I'm pretty sure it's not those alien noise of someone's cellphone signal. It sounds just like one single beeping squeak, in the right channel, very loud, probably 100db+, and it just started happen two nights ago. (My bed happened to be right next to it so I haven't had a good sleep since...- S.W.

Woods!
I think I'll use the model shop at school to make my own wooden grado liberator. (Seems the dark-audio is not doing the hard rubber ones anymore?) Any suggestion on the woods?- S.W.

7 best earbuds rated. The winners are: Yuin PK1, Audio-Technica ATH-CM700, Yuin PK2
I have both, and I'd say comparing Vibe or Bass Freq to PK1 or PK2 is like comparing an orange to an apple... The simple fact is, if you like bass, go for v-moda. If the bass is not critical in your listening habit, go for PKs. The medium and treble on PKs are nearly invincible in their...- S.W.

Info on Taiwan, Fold Flat, Zippered Headphone Case
I have one that can perfectly fit my 325i. If your cans are taller/wider than 325i's, there is no way you can fit into it.- S.W.

Legal hypothetical: Can your wife sell your gear?
Legal hypothetical: Can your moma toss your gear? Idealistically: That depends on mental ages of both, but that sometimes is contradictious to one of them.- S.W.

Grado's are ugly!
Wearing a wide open, unfirmly on head, and cost $700 headphone on street? It's more like putting two ipods in chest pocket with hopeful "I wish I won't slip on concrete ground today" or sorta... You like the sound, but you WILL cry if you get a bloody scratch on your beautiful wooden cans...- S.W.

How’s your hearing?
I can hear below 20hz...and somewhere above 21khz. However that is highly annoying and uncomfortable, making me almost retch everytime just listening to those low/high frequency. Humans are not dogs or insects, don't need test/torture the ear and your stomach like that.- S.W.

Grado BASSHEAD Mod....
I use medical tapes (those with 100% cotton) on my 325i. Cross testing with Ghost in the Shell: Innocence OST track #10. Slightly increasing on the push before each drum sound. And something like a flimsily hazy layer over the pre-existing extensive bass. Not a bad mod.- S.W.

Are Grado's Dangerous?
I think that depends on the type music you listened. After overnightly listening to Shigeru Umebayashi's 2046 movie theme even from a speaker 3m away with very low dBs, my ear and head can hurt like a tomtom too A big part of musics are really NOT meant to be sleep therapies.- S.W.
