Comfortable but sound isolating IEMS?
Hey guys. I haven't been very active in the hi-fi area lately. I used to be up with all the new headphones and all that but I have become more involved with other things recently. I have some Audio-Technica M50s that i've had for 3 years and they are great but I don't want to wear them around...- rlynch

Klipsch Custom 3 sound isn't coming through the nozzle.
I've had these klipsch custom 3s for a while and recently one ear got quiet. I thought the problem was was buildup in the nozzle so tried to get it out with a paper clip with no luck. To get sounds out of the headphones I have to turn it almost all the way up, but the sound doesn't come from the...- rlynch

Good over-ear, noise-isolating headphones for under $150?
I have the M50s and I think they fit just about everything on your list except the detachable cable and long cable. If you are worried about the long cable, you should get the coiled version since it's a bit shorter. They are extremely comfortable, very isolating, great sound especially after...- rlynch

Bass forward IEMs with detachable cables between $100 and $200?
Hi. I'm looking for a good pair of IEMs. I don't need crazy bass, but I listen to electronic music and good bass really adds a lot. Obviously, good highs and mids are a plus too. I want a detachable cable for the durability. If there is a good pair of headphones without a detachable cable, but...- rlynch

Good general purpose headphones with great passive isolation.
I'm looking for a new pair of headphones and I want them to be good for any genre. I listen to mostly electronic, but many other times I will listen to something more calm like Sigur Ros or Coldplay. I also want to have a lot of passive isolation. Something like wearing an aviation headset, if...- rlynch

Detachable Cable Mod?
I'm going to be buying ATH-M50s soon, and I really want to mod them to have a detachable cable. The problem is that I don't have any experience soldering or anything like that. Is there a place i can take them to and ask to get them modded?- rlynch

How would you describe the bass on the Audio Technica ATH- Pro 700 MK2s?
I'm coming from Sennheiser HD 203s. :P Are the mids more recessed than they are on the ATH-M50s or is it about the same?- rlynch

How would you describe the bass on the Audio Technica ATH- Pro 700 MK2s?
Thanks for the reply man. I usually listen to EDM so these will probably be awesome. Would the Fiio E7 be enough to, when i want to, get that head shaking insane bass? Also, I heard that I should buy the M50 pads as they are much more comfortable, but are there any other pads that fit that are...- rlynch

How would you describe the bass on the Audio Technica ATH- Pro 700 MK2s?
I am seriously considering buying these headphones for the detachable cable and what I've heard to be good sound. I know they are very bass heavy, but is the bass tight and controlled so it doesn't interfere with the mids and highs, or is it more sloppy? Also, how do the mids and highs compare...- rlynch

Philips CitiScape Uptown vs. Audio-Technica ATH-M50?
I recently saw a review for the CitiScape Uptowns that said they were overall a better headphone. Would you guys agree? They are a relatively new headphone, so there aren't many reviews out yet.- rlynch

Headphones like ATH-M50 with detachable cable and more durability?
Hi, I'm just getting into headphones and want to buy a pair of nice headphones that sound like the ATH-M50. I was looking at the Pro 700 Mk2s, but people seem to say the mids and highs are lacking compared to the M50s. Do you guys have any suggestions?- rlynch
