I've been listening to iPhones and/or iPods in one version or another going back to the iPod 4G click-wheel. The built-in EQ has always been crap (as many on these boards can attest) because it caused clipping and distortion due to what I was told was an "additive" rather than subtractive model...

These seem to be the 3 smallest amps under $110. So far I haven't heard anything overwhelmingly bad about any of them. I might consider stepping up to the MiniBox-E if a huge improvement in sound. I would be using it with iPod 5.5G and E4c/PX100. Any suggestions? Thanks!
