The Koss' sounds great, but you can tell the instruments and vocals aren't as defined as they could be. I have a feeling I am not going to find anything that sounds a lot better than the PP's at a reasonable price.

I was even more disappointed than you were. I followed all of the positive buzz and ended up getting burnt. They are rediculously HARSH sounding buds. Burn-in does nothing.

Theres no way anyone could like these. They dont even sound as good as my ultra-low-end Sony MDR-818LPs. I think I might have to make due with the stock sennheisers that came with my Rio Carbon. They're actullay pretty decent.
