Earphones for noisy environments? Possibly Wireless?
Looking for earphones for at work which can be pretty noisy. I wear earplugs at certain spots at work because of the machinery. Are there iems that are basically earplugs that will block out most of the noise? I used to have a pair of Shure e3's maybe??... but the ex took them many years ago...- Paxonator

Origami
Unfortunately I don't know if there are printouts and instructions for one. I got this off of Yamaha's website. There's an even more detailed one I can make but that might be saved for a winter project. Thanks for the comment haha.- Paxonator

Question about sending flowers to someone...
I would contact a local shop where the person lives. The only problem is you don't get to had pick the flowers so you'll have to take their word for it. Ask them about you mailing your own personal card to them to use with the flowers. As far as the shop I have no experience with them.- Paxonator

Humm from EAR+ HD
Alright I have tried different 12B4A tubes with the same result. Unlplugged everything from surge protectors except amp and computer. The humm still dissapears in it's respective side after disconnecting the left or right channel anywhere along the chain. The humm is coming from the headphones...- Paxonator

Humm from EAR+ HD
alright I just bought a MAD EAR+ HD and hooked it up. There's a very audible humm coming from it. The humm goes away if i disconnect the rca cables, but as soon as reconnect them to my 0404/laptop/dvd player it returns. The source could be plugged into the wall or not with the same result. I've...- Paxonator

Mapletree Ear +HD or PPX3 Slam...
Yes you can tell there's a difference in how they are built by pictures. I've always liked the style of Singlepower. But I actually picked up a EAR+ last night, should arrive next week. I'll give it a try and if it's not to my liking pick up something else. This will be my first time listening...- Paxonator

Mapletree Ear +HD or PPX3 Slam...
I've read about the gilmore lite and GS-1. I am kind of leaning towards an amp for the rs-1's and the general consensus was ppx3 and mapletree. Although there was some xcan and ra1 in there as well. What made you decide on the gilmore lite as opposed to the other two? Basically I would just like...- Paxonator

Mapletree Ear +HD or PPX3 Slam...
Ok for headphones I have the rs-1 and hd-650. The 650's haven't seen much use since the rs-1’s showed up. I left this cursed place after the 650’s for over a year, then out of nowhere some rs-1’s showed up on my doorstep and I'm now looking at a better amp. I'm hoping after this I will have...- Paxonator

GS-1, PPX3, or RS-1's
Well I snagged a pair of RS-1's that came up for sale. So we'll see if these are what I've been looking for. If not I'll have to continue my search.- Paxonator

GS-1, PPX3, or RS-1's
I was thinking the same thing about not giving them the push the need. I think it would have to have a texture knob or something on it like the ppx3 slam does. So I'm kind of leaning towards the rs-1's, I am able to get them new for $750 CAD. But I think i'll still go used incase they are not...- Paxonator
