So guys, had my D7000's for a while now very impressed.       I run them through a Zero Dac 24bit 96Khz AMP/DAC through USB to my MacBook.   Was wondering it you guys could recommend me a new AMP which would provide a better sound than my current DAC/AMP for not very much money...

Gonna be pairing one of these with some Denon AH D7000. Anything I need to know orr be aware of ?

A good friend of mine has the Sony XB500. They are lacking quite a bit in the highs, IMO the beats studios produce quite a significantly better upper range.     Using deadmau5 as an example, most of his songs aren't actually totally base dependant such as strobe, some chords and faxing...

I'm getting mine sometime next year hopefully need to stop looking at them though!

If i Upgrade it'll be to then Denons.   Just wanting some feedback on the potential gain I may get.   And overall thoughts on the Denons for my genre of music.

Thats just an equation i want opinions, facts thoughts comparisons.   I know it's unlikely somebody with expeirence with the Denons will have even gone near the beats but still.   An accurate approximation would be nice.

Errm I never stated what amp I had.   I have a Zero 09' 24bit/192Khz DAC/Headphone AMP which can drive upto 600ohms i'm lead to believe.   WIth the Denons being 25ohms should be able to drive no problem.     So would the Denons with the AMP give a noticeable difference from the...

I like them they're a bit bass heavy infact it seams to protrude and mud the highs a little bit. However the design, and noise cancellation are good.   Just wanting opinions on the D7000's really and what kind of benefit I would gain if any.

I currently have the Beats studio but have been looking at the denon AH-D7000's.   I know the Denons have recieved greater reviews but what kind of difference am I going to be hearing in the music?   I listen mostly to electronica think Deadmau5 and you'll be on the right track,  

These have been custom coloured from colorware.   They look real. However a sure fire way to tell is the silver accents where headbands leather meets with the plastic if those silver details have "Monster" on one side and "Studio" on the other it's more than likely these are real just custom...

I have a xonar ds aswell.   On the back it has a port labelled optical however it is 3.5mm shape/size. How would i output from this to the Zero DAC?   My motherboard has on onboard sound with a proper optical port shall I just use this instead as the Zero will be doing DAC anyway ?
