the bass on the MD is crazy with the correct tips. I really think am in love with them. Its hard to find that much bass and still get clarity, to me it has exactly the right amount of bass and clarity for me I really think they are perfect for the price I got them for.

I know but for that price I could care less about the warranty. I wont be using them outside or when am working out, just in the bed relaxing. They are overpriced anyway so monster can afford to give a lifetime warranty but they are still amazing just not 400 to 500 amazing.

they were used without all the cds and extra stuff just the headphones and am pretty sure they are authentic

Very cool. I suspect as more people find out about fake they bid less on low price auctions but if you know what to look for you can score big.

just got mine from ebay used in like new condition with a few tips but none of the fancy stuff I really dont want or need. I already own most of miles davis music. They are authentic and I am very happy, thats my third pair of monsters from ebay for less than most have paid for just one pair.

you can get a pack of the originals for about 8.00 shipped. they come with different sizes so you can see what works best. I single ones are not original and are not as good to me.

yeah the original is better. I took them off my sony xb700 buds. I dont use those anymore since I got the turbines.

got a regular and gold turbine and had problems with the buds fitting so I tried my sony hybrid buds and they are perfect.

I got a pair of used turbine golds but am not sure if they are authentic. Is there anyway i can tell besides the adapter plug and the silver part being brushed silver instead of gunmetal?
