Just wanted to say that I still love these IEMs. Perfect balance and with that awesome bass from OG Dunu products.

I’m no too worried about them sounding dark as I prefer that. The PM3 were good sounding but a bit too polite. They also didn’t have the kind of bass I prefer. Everything I’ve read about the 177X lead me to believe they’re exactly what I’m looking for in an Office headphone.

Just cancelled my Panda order for these. I had the PM3's before and they weren't my cup of tea. I've never owned any Beyer's so I'm hyped!

I just got an LG G7. I have to say that its SQ on IEM's is very close to the external DAC's I have. However portability is so much better. Also the fact that its a full hardware MQA decoder is great for Tidal users.

For LG G7 when playing 16/44.1 files does it bypass Android Audio? I'm playing on Tidal and non MQA files often say 16/44.1 I read that the bypass happens by padding the 16bits to 24bits. Does UAPP do that automatically in the background or does the App have to show that its 24/44.1?

Great review! You’re pushing me over the edge to get a pair. BTW - SMSL M500 is a really great measuring DAC.

That accessory pack is ridiculous. I know it should be all about the sound, but for something that is considered a flagship I think it’s important to get the accessories right. Hopefully I get this one day too.

I didn’t fully understand the appeal of DAPs but I’m starting to see it. Carrying around a Note 10+ and a DAC is kinda cumbersome especially when they’re exclusively for audio use. I agree that a DAP with a modern chipset and updateable audio focused flavor of Android would be great. The problem...

You should check out the Fiio M15 if it’s there. Also Topping D90 + Monolith THX seems like an amazing desktop combo.
