Is there a guide about loading apps like Tidal, Qobuzz or Spotify on these FIio devices?
Much easier than A&K for example, at least on M11 Pro. There's a FiiO app store that has popular apps (Tital, Qobuz, Amazon Music, Roon, etc.), including APK Pure. If you load APK Pure you can use that for downloads and updates. All done over Wi-Fi, no need to connected to a computer to sideload, etc.

Thanks that's really good to know.. I can start seeing how it might be usable. I'm getting a bit tired of carrying an extra phone and DAC around.

Apparently in China (?) there are people already with M15. I saw multiple posts recently on Facebook.

I think Fiio dropped the ball for not including a free high end case with the player. This will still not deter me into buying one though.
Kind of on the fence on this. Reason I say this is I don’t like the design of the case they do have (available separately for $50). If the two options were 1) include a case I don’t like and make it $50 more or 2) have no case and make it $50 less, I’ll gladly take option 2 and hopefully put the $50 towards something I like better. Now if it was a case I liked, I’d agree wholeheartedly :)

They can keep the Walnut packaging and put the case instead. I do agree that the case they have isn't the best looking (looks like a cheap dignis case) but hey better to start of with something than nothing. Hell the M11 you atleast get a free plastic case for protection.

I read this post on the FiiO-philes Club Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1615065175446865/) by the well known reviewer Porta-Fi:

Since the announcement of the M15 Flagship DAP by FiiO, enthusiasts have been talking about the volume knob on the top left-hand corner of the M15. It's positioning does ensure it will be subjected to considerable exposure, the fact that FiiO's own leather case design featured a volume knob protection puts into perspective that it has already sighted by the manufacturer.

When DD announced its genuine leather case offering last month, it was apparent that DD's design didn't feature a volume knob protection.

Today, we unveil the DD Volume Knob Protector for FiiO M15, the Stainless Steel Volume Knob Protector will be available in Gold and Silver and is scheduled to be available late Q1 2020.

Firstly, if the protector gets a sideways knock, won't the bottom of it dig into the M15? Secondly, why did FiiO not spot this issue before putting it into production? The Questyle QP1R came out about 4 years ago. It was Questyles first DAP and they knew to put protection around the volume knob.

If only questyle had more representation in the UK. I love the qp2r, and I'd buy the new one if they had better customer service

I totally agree. SCV Distribution used to be their official UK importer and they were/are great. I don't know what happened, but they are no longer associated with Questyle and I have emails from them to that effect.

After finding this out, I emailed Questyle and received a very rare reply. They told me SCV was still their UK distributor and would in fact be showing their products and an upcoming show, something SVC totally denied when I told them. So Questyle doesn't even know who their representatives are. Laughable.

If you want a QP2R, SVC Distribution are selling off their last remaining Ex-Demo units on eBay.co.uk under the name of Audioclear. https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/audioclear?_trksid=p2047675.l2559. Just click on the "Items for sale". I've bought both a QP1r and QP2r off of them and they were great, as usual.

I think its a design flaw. The protector should be part of the package even if i think it is not very usable. And will be lost easily... .
