Ultimate Ears UE 900 Discussion and Impressions Thread
My UE 900 warranty card show 1 year. Logitech will not honor the warranty though, they claim mine were purchased from a non-authorized dealer. That's total crap. After owning 2 Triple fi sets, tons of logitech PC stuff, and a pair of ultimate ears 400 and a pair of 600 I'm super...- helmet993

No word back on my specific pinhole bore questions. I will have to try to email Logitech customer service. Mr. Dias has replied only briefly to my inquiry with a promise of assistance "soon". I just feel like I am bothering him. So...no insight on the pinhole bore. Sorry.- helmet993

Strip some copper wire and use one or two of the remaining strands. I have not tried it yet, but that may be your only bet. I did PM Mike Dias with that question earlier today, as well as questions regarding sound cut out. I logged my warranty concern and they are only sending me...- helmet993

I have Alclair customs, terrible customer support from them and they don't fit as well as I have always thought they should. The 900 seal can be challenging I suppose, I feel I need to push them in and forward at the same time to get the best fit, almost like a near custom universal fitment. ...- helmet993

I have red filters in each side. But, one looks like it is perpendicular to the bore. The RH side looks like it wasn't properly fitted and is just bunched up in there. I should have stayed away from head-fi! I loved these before I started reading about them. Hah. Never noticed the...- helmet993

Ok my bad, those are the ones I have and tried. I should try them again I suppose, there's no reason why they shouldn't work well. I just preferred the included silicone tips. Edit...I think we are speaking of the same... http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum/showthread.php?t=57057- helmet993

I tried the Sony hybrid tips. Didn't like them. I do like the largeest tips supplied with the UE900 though.- helmet993

Official 2014 SoCal Head-Fi Meet, March 22, 2014, Westin South Coast Plaza
How cool is this! I saw this thread from a google search, when trying to find a local headphone store to demo my "next IEM". I don't have any gear to bring, am I still able to attend as a consumer?- helmet993

I like my triple fi 10 but wish for some more detail at times. I have UE900,Klipsch S4 and Alclair dual xb also...and some apple dual driver iem. Is there a way to clean the pinhole bore? Edit: now having cable connection concerns. Not a big deal as long as I am able to 'fix' it. Maybe UE will...- helmet993

For my 2nd set of UE900s...These are available for $250 at my local music center, is there anything better than these for $250? Edit, looks like ebay has them for $250 also. Edit #2, holding off on buying my 2nd set as I just submitted my first support claim. Logitech will only send me a...- helmet993

UM3X pictures, in ear please
Curious if these have to be worn over the ear or can they be worn just stuck in the ear. Looked in the um3x appreciation thread (not all 99 pages but the first 10). No dice. Pictures of them in ear would be nice, if anyone has them with UM56 custom tips too that would be cool...- helmet993

[REVIEW] Head-Direct RE0 - a new contender for the best IEM
My question is RE0 vs. PL50...which one to buy to complement my current RE0 / E5 setup? Can't buy both and don't really mind spending $100, or $55...just want the better IEM.- helmet993
