ATH-M50X VS Low Budget IEMs for Metal
So, here is a little update from myself, because some stuff has changed: - I have modded the ATE (removing the red mesh material) and the ZST (Slater Mod), also I have sold the ED16 because after about a week I found the peaks in the highs too annoying to keep them - I got a pair of Audio...- Ruebezahl

Havi b3 pro 1 thread 2.0
Has anybody ever tested the Havi against something like the FH5 or the ER3XR? Looking for a higher price IEM at the moment and after I found out, that the havi very much fits my taste, I would like to have seomthing that is havi-ish, maybe with a tiny bit more in the lower frequencies, but with...- Ruebezahl

Havi b3 pro 1 thread 2.0
I was lucky and got one Havi B3 Pro 1 in good used condition for 20€ incl shipping on german ebay and now am totally in love with this IEM. Sad that they aren't produced anymore and also sad, that they don't have changable cables right from factory, because they are imho damn good IEMs, to be...- Ruebezahl

Chinese / Asian Brand IEM Info Thread
As somebody, who has a problem with too sharp treble, I think the V80s could be too much for me, specially because I don't use EQ. So the BQEYZ K2 seems to be the better solution, also I think to buy the Tin Audio T2, or are these two IEs too equal?- Ruebezahl

Guess my next cheaper chi-fi IEMs will be the Tin T2 and the v80, thanks to this thread and some of the masterminds like Otto Motor. Thank you for your work folks. I will post my "review" as soon as I got them. Cheers from Krautasia aka Germany ;)- Ruebezahl

I don't know, but that wouldn't be the worst solution, then they should redesign the sound and get rid of these nasty peaks in highs and rerelease it as ED16 Pro, or ED16 HD... That would make me really happy- Ruebezahl

As the ED16 from Jenz are the one, I had at first, I can tell you, that the stock cable was an angeled one. That was the one, that I found inside the box, but as I already ordered the silver ones, I never used them. Guess the guys from KZ put in the wrong cables in the box or something like that :)- Ruebezahl

Searching for workinghorse IEMs in the range up to 250€
To be honest, I've looked at the ZS10 a few times, but after reading the reviews, I'm not very impressed... the ZSR are at the moment the only KZ IEMs that interest me. But thank you for the suggestion. Why do you think, it would fit? After reading some stuff I'm more at: - Etymotic ER3XR -...- Ruebezahl

Searching for workinghorse IEMs in the range up to 250€
Thanks for your suggestions :) I've looked at the ibasso and was interested, but it seems, that this IEM is a bit more on the fun side, so with at least some "plus" in the lower notes and I would love to have something more neutral for home :) The Magaosi BK50Pro doesn't look uninteresting, but...- Ruebezahl

Speaking about the ED16: Felt in love at first, but after 2 weeks I'm at a point, where I really hate this treble-peak. Cymbals, Sibilants and other higher frequency stuff can be damn annoying and that's the reason I've decided to gave them away. I prefer my ATE (with the mod of removing the...- Ruebezahl

It can handle APTX, but just when you run in with Android Nougat, when you update it to Oreo, it won't work anymore and sadly they haven't found a way yet, to bring it back to life, as far as this thread goes: https://community.phones.nokia.com/support/discussions/topics/7000013570 Buuuuuut it...- Ruebezahl

My Nokia 8 landed yesterday and today I got the chance, to check out all of my IEMs. I have no problems with driving all of them, even the Havi B3 Pro1, that is the one, that needs the most power of my headphones, works very well. Long Forgotton Rock Classics
Slade was already posted, but this record got me, as I was a little boy and now, some years later, it is still one of the records, that I really love to hear, like the most Slade stuff still is. Vinyl-wise I like the Slade Alive and the Story of Slade. Damn cool band, that is pretty unknown...
