Yes, Beach house have an album, 7, coming out May 11, and they are dream pop. But perhaps this thread would be improved by removing all those sub-genres and focus on the experimental? Cuz 99% of indie rock and the stuff in most of the other genres are not experimental. So people are just randomly listing a bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with anything, and not remotely experimental or even interesting.

Since the OP lists Dream Pop as a category for this thread, you should start your own thread that focuses on just experimental, so you can enforce your vision.

Nah. I like dream pop, space rock, psych, prog, post-punk etc. probably more than most "experimental music." It's just that few of those genres have much to do with the overall header, "Experimental Rock Music." Especially Britpop, grunge and *shudder* Madchester. Most of those have their own threads anyway. If anything I'd do a thread on psych prog/psych noir.
