Munich High End 2011 - Pictures and Impressions of the Show ( 19-22 May 2011)
To my ears the T70p sounded similar to the T5P, which was awesome, cuz they only cost half ! You cant really compare the sound to LCD-2's or other open Heaphones. DOnt know how big the drivers are... It was very busy at the Beyer Stand. EVERYBODY wanted to hear the T70s :) Ultrasone...- cOSteLLo

beyer t70 & t70p NEW!
the Pads have a very soft verlourlike material, whiach have a smaller texture than verlour. the pads are filled wiht osme kind of liquid or gel, they are VERY compfortable, especially for people with glasses. ...nice and explained to me how they think their S-Logic driver placement is so ideal for listening to headphones. The Edition Line-up *drool* Live Music, in form of "alking acts" who were switching percormance areas every few songs, were also a real treat to the ears. Here...- cOSteLLo

Quote: tvrboy, i have shared the same opinion as you for a long time, i even bought the cardas cable for my HD600 and was disappointed by the unnoticable difference between the cables on the 600's. BUT: ive tried the cardas cable on my hd25s and the sound is very different...- cOSteLLo

Best cans ~$300?
Definatly HD600s They have very tight, impact strong bass ( say "oomph") and it goes very low. They have a huge soundstage, are very fast and super clean in the highs. The 650s are a good choice too, but i think they have a more bloated, resonant sound in the low frequs. The good...- cOSteLLo

Inexpensive cables on the hd580/600. (hd650 vs hd600 stock cables)
I am not satisfied with each of the HD600 or the HD650 cable, for my HD600s. The stock HD600 cable sound brighter too me, and almost sibillant. The HD650 sounds darker, fuller, it has a rounder bass, but a fair amount less trebble. I wish i had a mix of both... im tempted to... -
Another set of cans to compliment my DT 770 Pro/80
Haha, sry for diggin this out but I think its just hilarious and a perfect example how Head-Fi empties your wallet :D (though for one of the best things in the world, sound enjoyment!) Quote from 2006: And now his recent Signature: Quote:- cOSteLLo
