Great headphones for Rock?
I have always gotten very general purpose headphones. Well-rounders if you will. Then I subscribed to spotify and made playlists for eat genre. Slowly but sure I noticed electronic, classical, jazz, pop, Rap/R&B, and "heavy" (metal, gym music, some screamo) hovering from low double digits to...- Knightwolf15

Sennheiser HD 598 vs Grado Sr225
I've had ATH m50's for a while now along with a Fiio e10. Was wondering if I should get 598's or sr225's. I listen to mostly rock and country but have a very wide range of music in my library. I would say it's like 40% rock/country 20% old school r&b 15% electronic 5% classical 10% jazz and 10%...- Knightwolf15

Magni/Modi overkill for ATH-M50?
I have a pair of ATH m50's and a little Fiio e10. Was thinking about upgrading to the magni modi stack. From what I've read they're fantastic for the price. Would they be overkill for my little AT's? Should I wait till I can upgrade my cans as well? Thanks in advance guys =)- Knightwolf15

Looking for new headphones
I'm still looking but not as urgently. I work part time at radioshack and they sell V-moda m80s. Got them for under 100 because of my discount. Still want a nice full size though. Do you guys like the M100s?- Knightwolf15

Looking for new headphones
Falling shelf scared my dog who was laying on the wire of my Shure SRH840s which in turn broke them in half at the headband. I don't necessarily care if my new cans are open or closed. I'd prefer to stay under 250 or 200 USD but I'm willing to go up to 300 USD. Currently I'm considering the AKG...- Knightwolf15

I'm looking for IEMs that would go well with my iPhone 5 that I'll be getting in the next month. Preferably around $100 USD but I'll consider up to $200 if you guys say it's definitely worth it. Thanks in advance =)- Knightwolf15

Looking for open cans!
Will rock music sound good on them? Better than my Shures or say a pair of Grados? I'm willing to put up with minor discomfort for better sound. Technically though I might be able to afford the beyers and Grado sr225s- Knightwolf15
