Sony budget earphone discussion thread (MH750, MH755, MH1C, EX300, etc)
There's a guy on UK eBay selling the MH750 with a re-cable inc. mic. I've bought a pair from him and they are genuine. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/274656170970?hash=item3ff2c893da:g:9TAAAOSw3FFgA1m8- Crumblenaut

I believe so, yes. Although you could probably pick up a descent used iPhone for less than a new iPod.- Crumblenaut

I'm not really up to all this stuff so can't answer your question personally, but I did watch a video recently that seams to be discussing this very question - hopefully this helps.- Crumblenaut

Final Audio Design Impressions and Discussion Thread
My problem wasn't the filter in the sound tube being clogged up, but the area around the outside and behind the tube that meets the metal section. Im presuming there is some sort of vent there that was clogged and causing the problem?- Crumblenaut

Final Audio Design Impressions and Discussion Thread
Has the driver stopped working completely? About a month ago the right driver on mine went really quiet, probably about 10/20% volume, I used a small brush and gave it a good clean (even though it looked fine) and it came back to life - it's been working fine ever since. I have purchased a...- Crumblenaut

Are you using v23? When I updated my A55 a few weeks ago, I downloaded and used v25, so you may be typing in the wrong 'v' number.- Crumblenaut

Final Audio Design Impressions and Discussion Thread
I have the same problem regarding most tips not being big enough. Although, I seem to be the opposite to you, as wide bores like the Spiral Dots boost bass performance to my ears. Have you tried Slater's 'Flip Tip' mod with the Final LL tips - I can get a good seal doing this (and it works...- Crumblenaut

Looking for in-ear headphones under 100
Excellent news - glad you're enjoying them! Strange about those o-rings though, can't say I've noticed any with mine. I've just opened up all the bags of tips from mine as I've never even tried them before, no o-rings in there. Maybe worth asking in the T01 thread, Paul from iBasso often...- Crumblenaut

Looking for in-ear headphones under 100
I tend to listen to a lot of downtempo electronic music that doesn't have a huge amount of vocals so wouldn't be the best to comment on that front. These are certainly a fun sounding IEM though, bass is big whilst tight and controlled. The detail, soundstage and imaging are better than anything...- Crumblenaut

Not sure what you intend to use them with but I get no hiss at all from my IT01's when used straight out of an iPhone SE or the little Shanling M0 DAP - They sound fantastic.- Crumblenaut

SpinFit Eartips Thread - The cheapest audio upgrade
I recently bought a pair of CP220's and CP240's to try on the it01's - Both tips fit the iBasso's fine but the 220's aren't big enough for me to get a seal. As for the 240's - to my ears, compared to the Spiral Dots i've been using, they seem to produce a more balanced sound with a slight drop...- Crumblenaut

CHIFI LOVE Thread-A never ending IEM-Heaphones-DAP-Dongles Sound Value Quest
Ah, from memory I thought they sounded exactly the same, but there was a 2 month gap between sending the broken e-mi's back and buying the iaxsee's. You're right though, they do sound great.- Crumblenaut

CHIFI LOVE Thread-A never ending IEM-Heaphones-DAP-Dongles Sound Value Quest
No experience of the swings but if you go for the e-mi's i'd recommend the iaxsee sd-08 version of them on Amazon UK as they have a stronger jack connection. My e-mi's only lasted about 3 weeks before the jack started playing up, i've had a pair of the sd-08's for 6 months now with no problems.- Crumblenaut

I use RHA MA750's for sleeping in, very comfy and sound good at the lower volumes I listen to. No removable cable but they have the 3 year warranty if any problems.- Crumblenaut
